Shipping policy

We know how important it is to get your pet's new favorite thing to your door quickly and reliably. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Where We Ship

Asorvi currently ships to addresses within the United States and Canada only. We do not currently ship internationally outside of these two countries. If your shipping address is outside the US or Canada, we're unable to fulfill your order at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email once your order ships.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: typically 7–14 business days
  • Canada: typically 8–16 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times can vary based on your location, carrier performance, customs processing, and seasonal demand (such as major holidays).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to fully update, as carriers can take a short time to scan packages into their system.

5. Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or high shipping volume during peak seasons. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support.asorvi@gmail.com and we will help track down your package.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check around your property, with neighbors, and with your local post office/carrier, as packages are occasionally marked delivered slightly before physical arrival. If you still cannot locate your package 48 hours after the "delivered" status, contact us at support.asorvi@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please also contact us so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — Asorvi is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at support.asorvi@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it, and any additional shipping costs to reroute or reship a package due to an address error will be the customer's responsibility.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Some Asorvi products are fulfilled from international warehouses. Orders shipped within the United States and Canada may, in some cases, be subject to customs inspection, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. Any such customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout. We are not able to predict or control customs processing times or fees, as these are determined by your local customs authority.

9. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times, depending on item availability and warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
